1st place Super G-U.S. Adaptive Alpine Championships
Jasmin Bambur is a Paralympic athlete. He his best result at Vancouver Paralympic games was 9th place in Downhill. He is your current US National Champion in Super G. Jasmin is currently training for the World Championship Sestriere Italy. Jan 12-22.
Jasmin has been paralyzed from a car accident since January of 2000. Recently, Jasmin and his wife moved to Winter Park, Colorado so Jasmin could train full time with the National Sport Center for the Disabled. Last ski season came with many hurdles. Jasmin recently endured numerous surgeries to rid an infection in his leg. He also fractured his collarbone at U.S. Nationals in March. Jasmin hopes that all the injuries are out of the way so he can train 110% and get a medal in Vancouver.
Jasmin is very grateful for all the support family and friends have given since he set this amazing goal for himself. Even strangers he meets take interest in his passion for skiing.
Jasmin is currently fundraising for the Paralympics in Vancouver in March. He will
